Debra has been in the nursing profession for the past 40 years. She enjoys taking care of and helping people and traveling. She has worked in many venues including family practice clinics, military bases and Indian Health Services across the country. She returned to the Kansas City area a few years ago to be near her grandchildren, her most important interest. Her other interests include golf, reading and any type of sewing, needlework, or quilting.
Kandice received her medical degree from UMKC in 1999 and completed her Family Practice Residency training in Springfield, MO in 2002. She served as a primary care physician for 13 years in Harrisonville. While she tremendously enjoyed being a part of her patients’ health care team, the paperwork and insurance hassles became too overbearing. She joined Raymore Urgent Care in March 2015 and has had a fantastic time meeting the acute needs of our patients and building new relationships in the Raymore community. Kandice has a hilarious husband, two growing teen boys, an aging calico cat, and a noisy little bird who eagerly help her spend her time when she’s not at the urgent care.
